Faculties:

There are 59 lecturers in the school, including 5 professors and 12 associate professors. Seven of them have obtained their doctorate degrees and 46 their master’s degree. Since 2013, eight academic articles won the prize of good scientific papers at provincial level, the lecturers of the school undertake ten research project given by the relevant authorities at the provincial level,eight prefectural level or educational department level.

Experimental Labs and Bases:

There are 30 experimental labs, the lab for food microorganism, the lab for beer producing, the flour-making food of the western and Chinese styles. the total value of all experimental facilities amounts to 7 million yuan. There are 30 stable off-campus experimental bases,such as the Nanjing Xizhilang foodcompany, Shuanghui industrial cooperation in Luohe, Ningbo Westin hotel, etc.


Undergraduates:

The school encourage and support the students to participate all innovative activities.They have joined the project for the university- students innovative training established by Henan Educational Department in 2018, won the first-class prize in the VR competition for food engineering principals of all china students the north-china competition zone.In recent 5 years, there are more than 200 students enter famous universities as Ocean University of China, Sichuan Agricultural University, Southwest University for master’s degree.The employment rate has been up to 90%.
